His specialisation extends to the compliance needs of foreign-owned subsidiaries in India, including subsidiary formation for overseas parent entities, FEMA and RBI reporting, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax structuring. He works closely with foreign founders and finance teams to translate Indian regulatory requirements into something they can act on with confidence.

Ganesh leads the day-to-day delivery of Bookkeeping, Audit, and Tax work at the firm, with 4 years of hands-on experience managing client engagements end to end. He is the one clients usually deal with once the initial conversations are done - turning strategy into action, keeping deadlines on track, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
